Decipher Labs helps companies uncover and unlock new business opportunities with the U.S. Government.
We are a boutique business development services firm that assists clients with the preparation of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) proposals, builds relationships with Government stakeholders on behalf of clients, and advises leadership teams on contract execution strategy, technology development, and product commercialization for U.S. Government customers and end users.
Our Philosophy
Unlike other firms that only provide consulting services, we deliver a full suite of business development services. We provide contracted BD team members who build proposals and serve as the face of your company to the U.S. Government all the way from your first Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal to Phase III roll out. We run lean and are selective about the clients we work with. We take a special interest in building a new defense industrial base for the United States of America, and are specifically seeking to work with companies who have found product-market fit for their technology in the private sector, but that have not yet executed a go-to-market strategy for government customers. We prefer to work with firms in the following sectors: Aerospace, Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Directed Energy, Human Performance, Sensors, and Information Technologies.
We also provide advisory and consulting products to companies who are sufficiently resourced to execute their own proposal efforts. In these cases, our experienced consultants will be on call at a moments notice to guide you down the path to new business opportunities with the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and civil government agencies.

Our full service business development product is delivered with a fixed price work fee and success fee, based on the phase of the intended SBIR/STTR contract. Consulting services are billed hourly. Inquire below for further details.
